• Certain products such as personal care items, innerwear, perishables, and customized products are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Approval

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

• Eligible cases will be offered a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
